In 2023, Living Cities sought to sharpen its external communications to better reflect its commitment to racial equity, narrative change, and community-rooted capital solutions. With key team transitions, the organization needed nimble, strategic support to shape public-facing narratives while building internal alignment across initiatives.

Our Approach
Mpact PR partnered with Living Cities to provide editorial strategy and content development across multiple channels. From high-level messaging documents to bylined thought leadership, we worked alongside staff to amplify timely ideas, seed bold perspectives, and increase editorial momentum from staff and senior leadership.
