On Wednesday, February, 11, 2015, The Schott Foundation for Public Education released their new report detailing  graduation rates for black, white, and Latino males nationally, by state, and in major urban districts.  “Black men are an asset to national economy and democracy. It’s time to invest in education like boys of color matter,” said John H.
